Built by bounce house operators who needed it themselves.
BounceBook started because running an inflatable rental business is mostly admin, and the founders were living it every weekend like everyone else.
Our story
BounceBook was founded by bounce house operators who got tired of trying to run a real business out of spreadsheets and a full inbox. We kept hearing the same thing from other operators: the deliveries were the easy part, the admin was the part eating everyone alive.
So we built the tool we wished we had, with input from working operators along the way. The whole point was simple. Less stress, fewer late nights reconciling deposits, more bookings actually converted. The best messages we get are from operators saying they're finally taking a proper day off because their business runs itself in the background.
We've been in the trenches of this business for years, which is exactly why the software feels like it was built by someone who's actually done the job. Because it was.
Community over competition
After years of bumping into each other at the same trade shows, we realised the operators in this industry had far more in common than reasons to compete. Everyone was solving the same problems, mostly by themselves, mostly badly.
So in a proper case of community over competition, we built BounceBook to be the booking tool the industry actually needed, with the features operators had been asking for and the education to actually put them to use.
Today the platform powers bounce house and inflatable rental businesses across the country. BounceBook stays the place operators come to understand what a real CRM does for their business.
What we believe
Software for a small rental business should feel like a calm assistant, not another inbox to stay on top of.
Every feature has to earn its place by saving a working operator real time each week. If it doesn't, it doesn't ship. The goal has never changed since day one: make bounce house operators the most profitable, least stressed people in the industry.
